User Email Addresses
Cyberworlds collects end-user email addresses two ways,
for separate purposes.
First, Cyberworlds collects email addresses from users
who purchase our software. These addresses are used to
notify users about product news, releases, and updates.
Registered users can change or remove their registered
email address by sending email to
support@swidgets.com.
Second, Cyberworlds collects end-user email addresses
for its InfoBits mailing list. Addresses are added to
this list when users subscribe to InfoBits via the form
on the website. Users can unsubscribe by sending email
(from the address used to subscribe) to mailer@cyberworlds.com
with the subject "unsubscribe swidgets" (without the
quotes), or by sending email to
support@swidgets.com.
No email addresses will ever be shared with a
third-party.
Cookies
If website visitors have enabled cookies in their
browser, visiting the Swidgets website places a cookie on
the user's hard drive. This cookie is a tiny file which
contains only a small amount of information for the purpose
of gathering visit statistics. It does not contain any
information which would personally identify the visitor.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site,
track users' movements, and gather broad demographic
information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked
to personally identifiable information.
Other Personal Information
During the purchase process, our third-party payment
processor collects user information like name, address,
and telephone number on our behalf. We will not share
this information with any other parties.
